med experts: identify this rash (pic)
 

Ok.. one of my employees came in the office this morning with
some red spots on his chin . its been 8 hours since and a pattern
has developed.

He didnt shave so thats not the reason.. could this be an allergic reaction to food? Theres no itch.. just nice and bright colors :1orglaugh

Any ideas?

If you put pressure on the area does the redness seem to fade a bit and come back when you release or does the pressure not effect it?

Those marks were definitely caused by a scotum slapping hard against the chin.
