A candidate can win the popular vote, but still lose the election.

CNN 49 percent for Kerry to 47 percent for Bush

Fox News is now saying: When independent candidate Ralph Nader is included, he receives four percent, Bush 43 percent and Kerry 42 percent.

No one knows how the election will go, untill Kerry opens his mouth and speaks what the hell he stands for... as long as he doesnt saya word people think he's ok. Which he might be, but if take a fucken stand already....

It has all the major and medium-sized polls. Given that Kerry is ahead in all the recent frequently updated polls and maintains a lead in the more static ones, if I were Laura Bush, I'd be ordering moving boxes for the fine china.

From what I've heard in the past, Zogby is one of the better polls. It gives Bush 44% and Kerry 46%. I think its too soon to know anything for sure. Some big event/issue/cover up/etc could change things in either direction very fast.
