LOL, CNN's poll has Kerry ahead, Fox News' poll has Bush ahead

It's like they just flipped numbers and names, even when they figured in Nader:1orglaugh :glugglug

JFK 07-23-2004 09:11 AM

I think CNN just revised it , they are neck in neck :2 cents:

doober 07-23-2004 09:13 AM

Fox is a joke

Manowar 07-23-2004 09:14 AM

this election is going down the wire

Mike AI 07-23-2004 09:20 AM

Polls mean nothing, the electoral college is what counts.

A candidate can win the popular vote, but still lose the election.

sperbonzo 07-23-2004 09:24 AM

Anyone who thinks that Fox is republican propuganda obviously is either too young or too blind to remember CNN and MSNBC during the Clinton years.:2 cents:

Rupert Murdoch also helped Gore out a bit, seems like he's pretty much an opportunist political wise. He's not shy in saying he likes Bush these days.

the_wizz 07-23-2004 09:30 AM

So wait. The liberal media (CNN) has the liberal candidate ahead and the conservative media (fox) has the conservative candidate ahead?

THIS I DON'T BELIEVE!!!!! :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Project-Shadow 07-23-2004 09:42 AM

CNN 49 percent for Kerry to 47 percent for Bush

Fox News is now saying: When independent candidate Ralph Nader is included, he receives four percent, Bush 43 percent and Kerry 42 percent.

Keev 07-23-2004 10:12 AM

No one knows how the election will go, untill Kerry opens his mouth and speaks what the hell he stands for... as long as he doesnt saya word people think he's ok. Which he might be, but if take a fucken stand already....

Here's a link that puts everything in better perspective for me:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/bush_vs_kerry_hth.html

It has all the major and medium-sized polls. Given that Kerry is ahead in all the recent frequently updated polls and maintains a lead in the more static ones, if I were Laura Bush, I'd be ordering moving boxes for the fine china.

baddog 07-23-2004 10:41 AM

anyone that needs a poll to tell them this is going to be tight isn't paying attention

every vote counts . . . if you don't vote, don't bitch

Basic_man 07-23-2004 10:43 AM

I hope bush will die before the elections :ak47:

cosis 07-23-2004 11:25 AM

What do you know, it's almost as if the US media is a complete fucking joke.

warlock5 07-23-2004 01:01 PM

From what I've heard in the past, Zogby is one of the better polls. It gives Bush 44% and Kerry 46%. I think its too soon to know anything for sure. Some big event/issue/cover up/etc could change things in either direction very fast.
