Car Salesmen = fucking morons
Why do they make it so difficult to cut through all the bullshit and buy a car? These dipshit salesmen will insist on showing you every fucking cup holder and fucked up feature to a vehicle and completely ignore anything you say. Then they try to hold you hostage after presenting you with some ridiculous figure on a vehicle thats at least 5k over the price you should pay on it. Do people actually go in there and not negotiate a price often enough for these fuckers to slap that bullshit down in front of you? On top of this there is usually only 1 person in a dealership who you can actually negotiate with so if you get stuck talking to one of his talking dildos then you have to watch them run back/forth to the back office. It just takes too long.

you should buy a car only with backing of at least 5 of your local gang members ..

Haha, you should go to Egypt for a few weeks, there it's normal to negotiate the price of a fucking bottle of water. When you get back you will be able to talk the dildo under the table. :thumbsup

The last two vehicles I bought I had the sales man tell me that they will sell it to me a a certain price and they aren't making a profit from it . They are just going to do it for me so I could spread the word and let my friend know how great they were. I called bullshit and asked for the dealer invoice and somehow I managed to get the vehicles for less than what they claimed but I never seen the invoice . Do people really fall for that line.

Yeah talking them down isn't really the hard part. The hard part is getting past all the bullshit when you just want to go look at a car. They will do anything to keep you there and try to close the deal that day even if there is no chance of you buying that day. I like to compare competing vehicles when I buy and drive them, etc. In this case its Ford/Chevy/Nissan/Toyota 4 door pickup trucks. Its hard to run to all dealerships just for a look and a drive when they won't let you leave and are generally just a pain in the ass. |
Do what I do.
1. Research the prices online, find exactly how much you should pay for a specific model, with specific options. 2. Know your figures before going to the dealer. 3. Know your financing and lease options! careful with the leases they can be very tricky with those. 4. If you are planing on paying cash, lie to the dealer and tell them you are financing first, they come down more on the price, beacuse they get a cut of the finance charge! than when the deal is done pay cash. Or if you pay it off within 6 months the dealer gets dick, nothing! on the finance charges.:thumbsup |

OMFG. My unlce bought a Chevy Astro the other week. He needed it for work. We came in the guy's office to discuss price. The first price he told me was 18.5 which is pretty good but the fact that when we asked him to drop down, he said that he went to his lowest and he makes no money on the deal I called him a fucking liar and said that only an idiot salesperson would start bargining at the lowest price. I walked out and later that day bought the same car at a differnt place with better and more features for 18.1 |
YOu should probably have left the dealer long before it got to that point

If I ever bought a new car I think I'd buy from Carsdirect.com. I mentioned that they sell american cars below invoice price in a lot of cases, and I had a car dealer call me a liar. LOL
I was talking to them about their Corvette prices, and the fact that they have them marked $20k above the "suggested retail" price of the manufacturer, and they said that "nobody will sell these at retail price, because they are such hot cars". I more or less told him he was full of shit and he got REALLY pissed off when I told him I could buy all of the cars he's offering at cost from that website. Pretty funny shit. |

go to dealer tell 'em this is what you want to pay, and make sure they remove the ugly ass dealer's sticker in the back pf the car:2 cents: |
