Please inform me what best program to use to take screenshots out of mpg and/or wmv files.

Man, you can take screenshots with Windows media player. Simply turn hardware acceleration off and print screen. :thumbsup

This is honestly one of the most asked questions on gfy. I think at least 3 threads a week about it.
