What is the best home video game system to buy?

Wanna get one for my daughter for her Birthday but I am not to familiar with them cause I was never into them. Suggestions please!

you mean like PS2/Xbox/Gamecube?

if your daughter is young - gamecube.

if shes teens - ps2/xbox

Well what is her age? I would say a gamecube for kids under 10, then it is PS2 & Xbox :)

My daughter is 9.. she loves her Gamecube. Her favorite games have been the Sonic the Hedgehog themed games, Mario Party, and Animal Crossing.
