Looking for a PHP scripter and a quote on a script.
 

Hey scripters,

I'm looking to get a quote on a script I need done. It'll probably be a large script, although I do have an existing script you might be able to modify.

The script would be for an entire affiliate program. Amongst other qualifications, I need you to be able to filter hitbot/proxy traffic and traffic from non-english countries.
