And their market cap is currently 60M, and I know they had over $50 Million in cash. So it seems the stock is close to LIQUIDATION value.

what's your counter suit Lens? I haven't seen anything about it, that's what I think should have happened. If more companies would file counter suits it would force Acacia to defend themselves all over the place eating up their money.

If I had the money I would file a harassment suit against them, as the domain name they sent me their letter on was a dead name just a 404 and was never used. They did no research and just tried to bully people into signing up.

For those companies that are currently paying fees to Acacia,,,can they back out of their contracts without penalty???

If you have stock in them, and you have already lost money because of the drop. DO NOT SELL.

Hold them and when the company goes out of business, or the stock is removed from trading you can us that as a write off for 100% loss of investment.
