how are email program conversions these days, are the days of 1:5 ratios over?

maybe not 1:5, but i'm doing 1:8 right now with Adult Action Cash at $2 per email, so i'm not complaining.

im doing 1:17 with xbarry $3 per email :thumbsup

but you can't cash in the credits. they always remain as credits.

but that PPC traffic converts, so its a good deal. And i love to promote a program which sends 70% of the emails with my ref-codes in it. Is there any other "per email" program doing this:
