Steve.... Shortly before you hired me you moved from Washington State to Arizona. You could have moved anyplace. Why Phoenix?

I feel somewhat qualified to reply, since I also reside in PHX...moved from Chicago.

PHX: It sucks here basically from June to September. That's 4 months. I mean, you can swim, do things outside in the morning before it gets too hot...even during the day, cause the heat doesn't affect some people.

Chicago: October to April, it SUCKS. That's about 6 months. Too cold for anyone to do anything, most of the time. Sun sets at 4 in the afternoon in the winter...ugh.

It basically boils down to the suckage factor...it sucks here less.

And besides, the chicks are OFF THE HOOK...ask anyone...

You can't swim here either. My pool is 95 degrees. And we still have another month or so of this.....

and they're trying to tell us to turn up the AC to 82 degrees.. I have mine set at 70 and don't step outside between 10am and 10pm

It is hot here, I'm down in Tucson and we played golf today and it was too frickin' hot! It's been humid too, last week it's rained everyday.

I like canada and it is very clean and organized. But how in the hell do you deal with all of that cold shit? It's fucked up enough here in Ohio. I'd die up there.

RocHard you need to learn to do Arizona summer hybernation. Stay indoors from 10AM to 5PM everyday for just like 3 months. Everyone always wonders how I live in AZ and am still super white, that's why...

The worst about the arizona heat is that it doesn't cool off at night. 10pm at night and it still like 99 degrees. Fuck that.

You only get a raise if you swallow. No exceptions.
