how to change thumb sizes in comus to 88x88?

i can't find hte option to change my thumbs to 88x88 in comus, can someone tell me how? can't seem to find hte option for it

also, how do you make only 1 thumbs in each day to be 176x176 (double 8 and rest at 88x88?
