Need to test timeout program - help me find some place that'll timeout

I need to either emulate a timeout or find a site thats slow as shit so it'll time out or take about 5-10 seconds to respond.

Any ideas?

create a slow loading page yourself. If its properly programmed it will also detect a timeout of a second :-)
