Excuse me, but I'm pissed!
 

About 30 minutes ago, I had the worst CJ experience ever.

I use way cool submit to submit to TGP. Now, for those of you that do use it, you know that after every submission you see an ad placed by the TGP webmaster. Sometimes it's an ad, sometimes it's their recomendations to more TGP's.

I usually just stick to going down the list, but this time the "thanks for your submission" page had about 12 "submit here for good quality traffic" links.

Who was at the top the Hun himself. "Ok, I'll just quickly submit to these 12, and get back to my list", I thought. I mean if the hun is at the top followed by a few other top guys, you can't go wrong, right? WRONG!!!

I submitted this site to the hun last night, so I skipped him for this session. I worked my way down this short list and clicked on the next "submit" link.

A new window opened up, (so far that's how they all open), but then I saw a flicker in the upper left hand corner of my computer. It was a popup. So like usuall, I tried to catch it in time and stop it from loading completely. I right mouse clicked it on my task bar waiting for the "close" menu, but nothing happened. So, I clicked on it from the task bar. Suddenly my screen goes blank, and loads a "tit" website.

Damn, ok just close it so I hit alt+f4. It closes and then loads an amatuer page. No prob, I close it as well. Cj usually lasts about 3 or 4 times, so this was normal so far.

30 minutes later, I'm fucking screaming at my computer, hitting alt + F4, esc + ALT + F4, ctrl+alt+del, to bring up the task manager, and closed everything on my computer, including the way cool list which had about 30 links checked off. And still this fucking popup kept taking over my entire screen with this tit website. It would refresh about every 3 seconds, so trying to close everything was a pain in the ass.

Finally I cracked and visited the site, and found a "live help" link. I clicked on, and began to scream at 'jenna' my live help. Sure as shit, a few seconds into it, and the fucking thing refreshes and I lose her. FUCK!!!!!!!!!

I disconnected from the internet, and waited. Everything is silent... suddenly it refreshes. FUCK YOU!!!! I pulled the plug. I shut it down. I calmed a bit, and resterted and immediately began this post.

I manged to capture an isp# (I think)
12.47.200.100/thePopupPage.html was the title of the popup page. I'm afraid to visit that address for fear that it'll happenn again.

I don't want to burn any bridges, but if you're interested, I have the url that I clicked to start this whole thing, (I don't want to flame him personally, just incase he has some pull in this industry)

What can be done to stop shit like that??

The IP# resolves to ads.bmfsn.com - a BM hosted site (sexshare,majorhost,fsn)?

i use waycool everyday and these are the sites to stay away from - and no, i don't worry about burning bridges IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PISSED ME THE FUCK OFF, ahem..., there are plenty of sites i can submit to with out dealing with pop-up/CJ hell -

I wasn't interested in pop-ups as a surfer, and the last thing i fuckin need as a submitter is pop-up hell.

This was the link that started it the whole thing. Does anyone dare to check it? Maybe it's just my computer? Maybe it was a random thing.

What pisses me off is popups for us to sign up with paysites and shit as WEBMASTERS submitting sites........ Ummm..... excuse me, I SELL memberships not BU them. LMAO

I got me a little fucker this morning on my TGP that I have been after for a damn month...... what's pissing me off is these fuckers putting shit into my damn bookmarks without my permission.......... So I made that a rule. LOL

What REALLY REALLY pisses me off is webmasters who are so far up their ass that they can't see the light.

For example - I go to a tgp. To get to the webmasters page, I have to see the warning page. Click enter. Fpa. click "no thanks" and a popup comes up. Close the popup. Another fpa with blind movie links. click "no thanks". Another fucking pop up. Close it. Now I have to wait for a huge 400k page of galleries to load, because the webmasters link is right at the bottom. That pisses me off! For example, gashbash.com. Three popups and two fpas. They can fuck off.

Or webmasters who have pop-ups and blind links, and yet say "no popups" and "no blind links". For example, easypic.com, alexmovies.com

I must have 1 of the easyest TGP sites and submiting around buy the sounds of it,maybe I need to put some more shit on there LOL He He He ,and I even send Traffic.

Why in the HELL are you submitting to the Hun, anyway? Non converting spoiled shitty traffic. Sheesh....waste of time and bandwidth. i wouldn't want those idiots on my site. FREEBIE assholes.

Use a personal firewall. I use ZoneAlarm. If you've strayed into popup hell, right-click the tray thingie and click 'shut down internet access'.

No Bake... I have the easiest tgp known to mankind......... LMAO........ I don't do anything I asked my submitters not to do... I have a few blindlinks so I let them have them.... i have no popups so they can't have any either. LMAO But then maybe that's why I don't have any traffic either.

You may well have wandered off to one of the free host's 404 pages (comes up when a page is not found). I found some that opened windows that weren't visible on the screen, but that kept popping up new windows. And most users don't know right clicking a button in the task bar and selecting 'close' will close a window like that... so they have to reboot...
