I have wathced the Tour Since I was 12 and YOU guys have no idea what a champ Lance is.

It's am amazing story to say the least.

Lance is the "MAN".

That guy makes me feel like an underachiever...and that's hard to do.

the first day they hit the mountains lance turned it up a bit and left them all going.... wtf? He is incredible in the hills, no one can touch him.

hinault was quoted saying if eddy merckx's did the same thing and focused on the tour de france all year long that merckx would have won it 15 times but keep this in mind. Every top contender this year had the same focus! the tour de france.

heras, hamilton, ulrich, blah blah blah.. were left to their own devices to do the same! focus on just winning the tour.

I hate it having Lance in the tour. This is the only thing he does in the whole year. He needed Jens Voigt of CSC to get Ulrich back. In todays etappe he cycled the last 10 meters on his own. In the whole tour he only sits in the last position of his US Postal team. And if he sees a potential danger in a coureur to win the tour next year he simply buys him for his team. Once again it's all about the money. I prefer to watch a Tour de France with real coureurs. Not people with a bodyguard.

Lance Armstrong has that weird super hero type of blood system where he'd excel at anytype of sport. Just glad he's cycling for the US.

Lance should be considered one of the best atheletes of the last 10 years.
