Another CCBill follow up, this is exactly what I was talking about in...

...the thread from yesterday.

Check amount this week is within a few dollars of last week, e-mail download in the control panel is the same as the check amount shown in the control panel. The wire recieved by the bank is almost $600.00 LESS than those two amounts.

So, last week's number was let's say $1000.00. of that 1k as shown in the control panel, approx. $950.00 was deposited. This is after ALL splits and fees. I know the wire fee blah blah blah. This week, same $1,000.00, but only $350.00 deposited. CCBill says it is a "reconciled" amount, but for both weeks.

So do they randomly reconcile amounts? And if so, wtf is there to reconcile after all refunds, splits, fees, etc. are already taken out???

Sincerely,

I'm not so much pissed as I'm upset I can't get a consistent straight answer from anyone there. I was pissed when the first 2 weeks of NET PROFIT disppeared from my account with no reason or answer. My affiliates got paid, and the numbers WERE there then, but if I try to pull a report from that time period now they are gone. But now this on top of that... I just don't know. If everyone went through this, someone would know the answer, but I haven't found that right person yet.

Since in your earlier thread you made it clear that you don't know how to read your stats, wouldn't it be a little more professional to quietly seek a response from a qualified rep such as corvett or Doug, rather than bashing them? All you are doing is causing people to lose faith in Ccbill, which hurts all ccbill programs, including your own. Plus you're gonna look really silly if it turns out to be your own mistake. :2 cents:

I in fact did not make it clear that I could not read my stats. I understand them with no problems. I asked a question and asked for other peoples experiencs and/or advice on the subject.

I highly doubt I could look silly for that. If you had read the other thread this may have been more clear to you. My intention was not to in any way reflect negatively on CCBill. I asked a couple of questions using general examples. Those who replied in the thread may have responded negatively, I howevere did not.

Corvett is the man. :thumbsup

Corvett has saved the day as per his reputation. Seems our account is a little more complicated than the standard account when considering our processing needs, and Corvett managed with ease to navigate me through the maze of numbers.

Problema solved, thanks Corvett! :thumbsup
