must be alot of fun riding a 'bike' thats bolted to the ground. I'm sure its just bolted down for display purposes, I doubt they want it falling over and maybe hurting someone.

There are concepts like this all over the place. There are 2 wheels that come down, usually at around 10-15 mph as you are coming to a stop/slow down. There are kits also you can get to do this to an existing motorcycle.

That on is bolted though for that display.
