quietly working it out
i can post images, but i'm just too tired.
do most people lose 2-3 pounds in a day? :glugglug |
I think that's possible - GL! :)
|
I think so. I lost a lot of weight earlier this year and it tended to happen in spurts versus a slow steady decline. It has stayed off so i hope I did it right.

Check with you doctor.... rapid weight loss may have SERIOUS health consequences
Moderate weight loss is better than RAPID loss in regards to your overall health :2 cents: |
Yep I've done it... Currently dropping even more, about 5-10 lbs a week :)
|
I think ti depends what kind of weight you have to lose.. if you have a lot of water...
|
I GAIN 2-3 pounds a day, does that count? :)
|
My weight fluctuates 2-4 pounds over the course of a day, depending on how dehydrated I get and on what I eat and do. However, it does maintain a steady average over time. Weight loss programs usually recommend losing max of 5 pounds a week, from what I've seen.
|
yes, but you can gain it right back. You got to eat less and work out more to see long term results :)
|
i've always heard 1-2 pounds a week is what you should aim for

They say about 3 lbs a week is safe.. but alot of peoples bodies are different.. I have lots 3 lbs in a day just by taking a shit (eeek!) Alot of times you can lose alot of weight at first..then your metabolism evens out and you are stuck at a weight for a bit. Consistent workouts, eating enough calories to fuel the body, and lots of water will be the key to anyone wanting to get in shape. on my way to run right now:winkwink: |
Depends on how heavy you are to start with. If you are overweight then by simply drinking lots of water each day you can loose up to 15 pounds in one month!
