I mean the girl might not be able to go into some stores (no shirt, no service)... but other than that, shouldn't it be ok?

I thought long and hard about this one.
I can't really find any problem with women walking around topless.

Hasn't there been some court cases about this? Women challenging whatever "rules" that said that if men can walk around with no shirt, women should too.

I know there was one here a few years ago. She eventually won the right to be topless at a public pool.

i'm not sure.there is this loony in my neighborhood and she was always without shirt on and no one is minding her

It is legal here to go around even without bra but it isn't legal to go around without shirt. :winkwink:
