It's either that, net 15 days which he doesnt realize or we don't have wire details for him if he has his account marked wire.

But if we weren't paying him for a certain reason we would have contacted him and told him, so that's not the case. We rarely have to hold someone's funds and thats only in the case of obvious webmaster fraud.
