I voted yes but only if she would really hit me to get me down. I knew a girl once who was a kick-boxer and she could hit you so fucking hard believe me, you would go down so if she hits ya, would you hit back? Offcource you would, no point in letting her beat the shit out of you and brake your nose, man or woman, i don't care. If however it is a slap in the face, a kinda "womenly" slap, i wouldn't hit back.

I've had girls try to hit me before. I'm a non violent passive sort of guy, I just grab their wrists so they can't make any further contact with my body. I have to grip pretty hard so it probably hurts them a bit, but doing that usually cools down the situation quickly.

I'm a big guy (6'6) but I'm not the worlds strongest man by any means, I'm sure there are plenty of females that could kick my backside. :) If the above trick didn't work then of course I would have to defend myself.

a woman freaked out on me once - hitting me and went crazy in a rage- i slapped her across the face on the cheek openhanded, it woke her up to the fact that i could really hurt her if i wanted to, it made her stop and i don't regret it. I hade Huge bruses and nail cuts on my arms from stopping her blows against me and i really don't know any other way of making her stop in that situation as i was cornered and couldn't run away without going through her and causing her more pain.

This reminds me of when I was 22, it was my birthday. There was a huge party thrown for me, about 40 people in this friend's house. My girlfriend worked herself into a jealous rage after drinking herself stupid, and on an imagined incident she went mental. I tried to calm her down and she hauled off and broke my nose with a wicked punch to the face that seemed to come out of nowhere.

I did not hit her back for that.

However, a minute later she was throwing shoes at people from the front door, and hit Annie with one right in the back. Annie was my good friend back then, like a little sister to me, and I was very protective of her. I grabbed my idiot girlfriend, carried her outside and tossed her ass-over-teakettle over a 5-foot snowbank and told her to fucking cool off.

Btw, this girlfriend was the girl from the interlake that I almost married. heh heh

I ended up having to leave my own party, had to drive that psychobitch home, her arguing and blabbering drunkenly the whole way. Ug..... the memories. GFY drama has nothing on the kind of drama I've experienced in real life.

My first wife was latin and had a big time temper when she got mad. This was when I was in my early 20's and I should never have gotten married yet. Anyway by the 2nd year it was turning into a nightmare and I couldn't deal with it any more and told her I wanted a divorce. Her response was to hit me over the head with a tennis racket and then she got a huge kitchen knife and tried to nail me with it. I kept my cool and just left so she would chill out. When I came back all my clothes including my nice Italian suits were dumped in the driveway. Despite all that I never hit her.

My second wife once threw a set of keys at my face at full force and missed my right eye by about an inch. It hurt like hell and I was totally freaked she deliberately aimed for my face. The fact that yuo are smaller than him really shouldn't have a lot to do with it. I am not going to go into the whole 'this situation, that situation' scenarios, but a women of your size shoudl obviously realise you should not pick a fight with a guy who is 6ft 4. It is like a small guy picking a fight with a huge guy, and throwing the first punch, than when upon retaliation crying foul because of the size difference. I have changed my stance on this issue a bit over the years, though I personally would not bring myself to hit a women who honestly did not hurt me with her attack, I would not blame a guy who retaliated with equal force to what she used against him.
