Sponsors rarely check anything, they just want the traffic.
17 year olds, stolen content and anything else is fine until it get's pointed out to them.

i think that's way it will be much better if all the sponsors will request a contract and a copy after the id or some other age verification sistem in order to have a partnership ........but it seems that if you recive money for some it doesn't even matter in wich ways they are made and this is really wrongComment

Sponsors are competing to get webmasters to push their sites. So they believe this will take some affiliates away from them because it will be too much "work" for the affiliates just so they can signup.Originally posted by BradM

I personally think that the first sponsor to step up and do this will have more affiliates than it can handle, because everybody will feel safer and know that the sponsor is taking the extra step to enforce the 18 or older rule.

The world would be a better place if we had extensive webmaster checks, provided it was done fast and propperly.
The world would also be a better place if all open content sites (tgps/mgps) censored all hardcore sets untill the surfer signups.
What i'm getting at is - this will never happen. If 10 guys follow along with this plan, 40 will be there to take over its traffic and buisness.
