class 1 is a large robust belly, with good density and sure to be a crowd favorite-- value?

class 2 is a bit smaller looks not to be a contender for the trophy but is certainly capale of staying trough to the later rounds
--- value?

class3 is a much smaller fella, but this one has heart, and is sure to be a crowd pleaser, but stands no chance of winning
--- value?

class4 is a long shot to make it past round 1, and is more of a sympathy thing than actual HIGH dollar real estate.

Honestly I think the secret to a good bellyflop, is the willingness of the flopper to sacrifice his body for the perfect flop.

It is all about the majesty of the horozontal, spread out flight, and sticking the landing. I think flops should be judged based on how much surface area of the flopper makes contact with the water at the exact same instant.

Class I and Class II I think may be the only ones that are truly worth sponsorship unless say a Class III or Class IV can provide credentials that they can hang with the big boys. You have to take into account the physics of the flop to truly understand this theory. While a Class III or IV may have a great amount of body control in mid-flight and excellent body impact techniques, a full bellied flopper with the same skills is going to leave a larger impact thus eliminating the lesser class by default. I am just curious however, for gents such as myself, will there be an expansion class? Say... Class I++ or something?

well dont count out the lil guy, I have seen some huge splashes come from the smaller of the pack.

Class 1 and 2 will be the classes that end high in this competition. And thats why I will not compeat. I am mearly a class 4 and will only produce pain to my body and no splash at all.
