Has anyone compiled a list of the good traffic sources out there?

I know about traffic-out (I currently buy from there) and choker.

I've tried one of the other ones around, all of the impressions I had bought came in a hour and were crap.

Is there a good list of the reputable sources around?

none that i know off.
