Alternate traffic sources
 

Anybody has any experience with alternate traffic sources like newsgroups, msn, irc, etc.... I'm not asking how to do it, i CAN rtfm, i just wanna know what's worth trying and what's not. I'm gonna setup a yahoo group in the next few days.

I would probably land on my back stay that way about 2 seconds into the match so that really won't help, it will however get hospital bills sky high.

there really is no such thing as bad advertising, unless it is spam...

If you make a yahoo group, and it brings you one sign up per week, then it is one more sign up that you did not have before.

You could always become a sandwich man on the streets. The ratio is amazing.

forums do well, lots of high traffic forums that post galleries

in my experience newsgroup surfers are some of the hardest to rope in. They know their way'round the net, and they'll only whip out their cards if they see something really special:2 cents:

Yahoo groups are ok. You generally have to send a couple teaser pictures with your emails though......
