insomnia sucks
i hate this
cant sleep at all and too tired to do anything productive :helpme |
OMG, I feel you! I have been up for 36 hours and I have only rested for one hour. I even tried jerking off and drinking cheap wine - but that ended in total disaster!

thats why i went to the docter and got sleeping medication:thumbsup
works wonders, I take a pill and 30 min. later I am extremely drowsy, too sleepy to even stay up and goto lay down and fall asleep. |

ive had insomnia for about 5 years, lol
yeah it sucks, especially when its chronic insomnia try not to use ambien, sonota is the best way to go, it makes you a moody asshole the next day, but its better than going into a psychotic state from ambien if it doesnt make you pass out |

I work the night shift, have found meditation, exercise and ambien do wonders.
Secret for me on nights is to keep as normal of schedule as possible. Hit the gym after work and do some errands, try not to sleep until 10 or 11am. Still get funny looks at the donut shop when I order breakfast and one of the local San Miguel Beers :Graucho |

but best way offcourse to combine it with small joint ... Had some sleep problems before .. always solved with hot bath .. You need to change something in your lifestyle .. Workout and sleeping in normal night hours will help you very quick .. Have a good night :) |
