Ginix Debt Settlement
 

Anybody out there been offered a settlement from Ginix in the last couple of weeks? Is it just me or does something seem not right with the whole scenario?
The company they are using to settle their debts "Legal Debt Settlement.com" was created on the 5th March 2004. Domain registration details are bullshit which is not a good sign considering they are a legal firm!!!!
Same address as a new ACH processor, same address etc.
I think the Ginix settlement is bullshit and they have re-invented themselves to avoid paying out what is owed..
Any thoughts?????

I completely agree with you 100%. I got a letter/email this week regarding this bullshit settlement. They want to settle for .18 cents on the dollar which Im sure is the same for everybody. They were taking care of our sister company over a year ago at www.boxtopkitty.com and they pulled the plug on us the day before the ACH transfer to our account. I was ready to drive to Northern California and start throwing bricks through their corporate offices. I think this is a scam and I think they are trying to get out of paying their debts. BIG TIME. It sure doesnt feel right while looking at the paperwork. Not sure what to do with the money they are offering because it doesnt even cover the amount of the products we shipped or our cost on them. What a joke. I sure hope the adult community finds out who they are when the turn over their new face and we Black list them and pay some hacker to take care of it. FUCK THEM.
