I don't see anything inthere about the markmen ruleing. Looks more like Berman got ahold of a CNN reporter and had an article done for propaganda to try to of set the falling stock prices.

That quote above was the only mention about the adult industry and there was nothing about the defense group and their recent victory..

everyone should send in a e-mail biching to them that they didn't report the true facts.

It basically focuses on how nearly impossible it is to defend against someone claiming patent infringement and puts the spotlight 100% on EFF instead of who has actually been standing up to Acacia (and making considerable progress -- if you value the correlation of recent news with recent stock price adjustments.)
