I don't see anything inthere about the markmen ruleing. Looks more like Berman got ahold of a CNN reporter and had an article done for propaganda to try to of set the falling stock prices.

that "news" article is nothing more that a PR report.. how much you wanna bet someone from CNN has a lot of stock in ACACIA?
That quote above was the only mention about the adult industry and there was nothing about the defense group and their recent victory..
everyone should send in a e-mail biching to them that they didn't report the true facts.
