My friend pulled a Tyson last night
I was chilling in a club talkin to a friend I haven't seen in a while, then my other friend comes up as say he wants to fight him (there is a long story behind that). Anyway they start fighting and two minutes later it's over and the one guy has a huge chuck of his ear bitten off, and he didn't know, he thought it was just cut really bad and (he wouldn't touch it , it was bleeding alot). No one wanted to tell him it was missing. The friend that bit the ear off, took off before the cops came, and when I left they were still trying to find out where he lives.
Anyone know the average jailtime for assult like this? |
Dunno about the jail time but I think that they will revoke his Nevada boxing license.
|
Hmmm...steak and eggs for breakfast :)
|
Hehehe, with a good procecuter and bad lawyer he can get 1-2 years in US :)
|
That's not bad
|
1-2 years? I never knew that, I always thought it was a couple months max
|
Why the fuck did he bit him?
|
I really can't answer that

|
who the hell bites in a fight... like.. wtf is that :helpme
|
lol

It really depends on State laws where you are. I would imagine that in most states it would be a serious assault unless there are strong mitigating circumstances in his favour he could be looking at time. If he hands himself in to the Police trhat will go strongly in his favour and also if he hires a good lawyer straight away he may get lucky.

I heard of a guy getting his nose bitten off in a fight!:glugglug

The other guy wanted to fight too.. so its assualt for both of them or neither of them, not just for the dirty fighter.
:2 cents: |
I got my earlope bitten off in a fight at a house party when I was 18.
The cops broke up the fight and we were both charge with aggravated assault. Both charges were dismissed. HERE IS THE SWEET PART................ My lawyer brought a civil suit against the homeowner insurance. I was awarded $50,000 two years after the incident just in time for my 21st birthday and a big fat trip to Cancun for springbreak. My advice would be to sue the club for at least $200,000. They will probably knock it down to 100,000. |
That's fucked up Mate!!
