F*cking hotbar

Keeps screwing up my browser and loads me with pop-ups. Anybody know how to stop it? If i uninstall it using configurationscreen/software it returns when i restart my box.

Run spybot search & destroy just to be sure. Took that AND AdAware to get it off mine.
