    my LCD fine and coarse keeps on reseting

    everytime i restart windows xp. This has never happened before. I put in a new video card and whenever I restart my perfect FINE and COARSE settings are reset. Takes like 15 minutes to set them properly. Anyone know why this is happening

          i got the latest drivers. its an ATI card.
