AOL sent attorneys to track down one guy I know in his apartment in Asia to serve him with papers for a 1.3 mil lawsuit.

I'm glad they went after a toolbar spammer. Seems they only did it because he was directing people to a domain with "windows" in it, but still..

Why does Microsoft get all the cash? How about sharing with all the people who got tricked into downloading some lame toolbar or the rest of the people who had to deal with the tons of junk mail. :2 cents:
