TGP WEBMASTERS... your opinion please..
 

Good morning,

I'd like to get some help from TGP webmasters. My name is KC, I'm from PayCounter. We're evaluating new features to stick into our counter right now.. We'd like to cater to TGP Webmasters a bit more.

KC, Paycounter is (IMHO) already the best counter to use for galleries because of the portfolio page. Being able to see all you galleries and sites on one page is what sold me.

The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to see stats for a whole month or week - as in referrers for all of April, or uniques for all of last week.

No, but seriously, I'd like the option of having stats mailed to me each day for any site that I select. Not referrer stats or anything, just uniques and impressions.

I like PC's interface and the hassle free addition of new pages (yes I use it for my gallery postings).

I agree with Warphead, it would be a great feature to see referrer totals by week and by month.

I like Warphead's idea. I love using the counter because of the easy to use interface but I hate the fact that stats go missing if you go back more than 2 weeks. It would be a great help to us if you can (as Warphead said) see stats for all of April or all of 2001 etc.

If you want to see how many hits you had for a particular month for example, you can click on Months, then choose the type of hit you'd like stats for..

As far as referrers for an entire month.. We're working on it http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif Needless to say keeping referrers for 20,000+ sites for that period of time is a huge undertaking! http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/wink.gif It can be done though.. and we're working on it.

I don't use counters. I still run most of my stuff from my own server and it keeps track of everything in the log files. No need for a counter. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif
