Is there any way to save an mp3 without it adding a fraction of silence at the end of the file.
When you save as WAV it saves the file exactly as you have edited, but fucking mp3 add like a fraction of a second of silence at the end, any way to avoid this?

what r u trying to do ?
burn a CD without pauses between the tracks ? Use Nero.

Or try SoundForge - it lets you do a lot of stuff to adudio files.
