im scared of recurring, ive had problems in the past with once that second or third charge hits, instead of canceling, the people do chargebacks, and then my processor gets mad at me for sending them so many chargebacks

Then you are not providing good CService. That is where your problem is with recurring...You just can't leave it to the processor to do CS for you:thumbsup
