what causes a sponsors ratios to drop dramatically overnight?

was the program a sham? or did the owner/staff just say fuck it one day? what is it that can make or break some of these coveted programs?

CCBILL can and will turn affiliate accounts, client accounts, countries on and off from time to time in order to stay below the 1% chargback ratio that is allowed by VISA...

It's just the way that it is... Programs/sites can go from 1:200-800 and the site owner doesn't have to change anything. So many things factor in to make the ratio go up. Could be a world bw issue, processors are having problems, lots of declines that day, etc..

Flat out just the way shit is.
