how easy are those type of templates to modify never thought of using them in the past to be honest but they do have a couple of layouts that would fit what i need perfectly :thumbsup

I have found that the psd's are hard to work with as i have almost no photoshop skills, tho if i may suggest that
blue design studios
could work with such a psd file to make it how you want it.. It is always a good thing to see an example then have a professional make it to your full requirements.

boxedart is suprisingly good, I play with the psd's and voila and new design, hell everyday if ya wanted you could have a new site design. I love it.

I do more mainstream than adult. I've done a couple sites where clients requests templates. Its just as hard to implement a template design as it is to start from scratch. Those templates are built for looks and looks only, to get them to function properly is in itself the same amout of time as it is to start over.
