I was just going through some old "favorites" pages in my browser and came across this, I must have saved it to ask someone about it later...

So here I am, anyone know of it? Is it legit? Is it good?
I feel a bit iffy about it since it's still in "beta" and doesn't have much info on it without having to sign up.
