Throttling jerks
 

dammit, just when I thought people were learning their lessons about pop ups and all those annoying things.

My buddy, over ICQ, sent me a link to a site that has pop-ups shoot up when you run your mouse over. The thing was full of onMouseover crap. ARGH!!

*makes throttling motion with hands*
