I'm looking for quality celebrity traffic...

Does anyone have any celebrity traffic that they would be willing to sell me on? I'm not looking to spend alot at the beginning but if all works well would be willing to bump up the traffic in the future. Just let me know how you can help me. I dont care how you get me the traffic as long as it is quality and I get some signups because google adwords is draining my account bigtime.
