my dad was in the business of setting these things up for quite some time. sounds like a shitty business, and yeah the work is, but he made around 180k a year so its all good. I worked for him when I was a teenager and we actually did an install very similar to this. its a pretty scary thing having that much house over your head while your standing at the top of a ladder stacking the blocks to the frame. One mistake, a jack fails, the tow truck slides a little, the slightest mechanical failure and your a goner.

Are you using cement, rebar, and are they anchored into the ground?

If I recall correctly, and its been about 12 years ago, they were just freestacked and cemented. no rebar required. The house gets physically tied to the ground with metal straps and anchors after setup is complete, but I wouldnt fucking trust it, I just remember being very nervous even being near the thing, let alone at the top of the ladder beneath it.
