could be one of those numbers that charges you $400 dollars or some ridiculous amount the minute you dial it.

Saw a thing about those scam lines on dateline, you dial the number and get billed for the first minute a fortune.

this message saying something like "you
have been rejected loser, the number the
girl gave you was fake...bla bla bla"
- thought it was funny [hope I never get
that number]

I do not know what is sadder, the fact that people can not just learn that no means no or that this guy is not converting this to some form of profit. I mean everything is not about making money but if I am going to spend money on having workers like that then at least break even.
