what are you looking for in a prog that does file renaming.
Im finishing up a nice tool under windows for that purpose. What special shit do you want in it.

one that allows you to set your own suffix

What does it already have?

you can replace parts of the name with a counter
just rename all the selected files with part-name, counter and diffrent extension mostly the basic i think.

theres already free shit that does that.

turn the entire file names into 001.jpg 002.jpg 003.jpg etc etc

what he said (no matter what the originals are)

rename a group of images using a list of names from a text file

there are already 100's of programs that do this

make new folders using a list of names from a text file

and my point is, why do people spend so much time writing programs that will ALWAYS end up being the same shit that is already out

why not spend time on writing something that hasn't already been done?

i guarantee that there are 20 programs out there that do the "special shit" that he writes into it

your wrong, there are no programs that do what i posted above, (that i know of) and I've been around awhile homie, so show me 20 programs that do what I posted or GO FUCK YOURSELF.

If you can't find a solution for this,
Look for a prog called MakeNewFolder

does bulk folder making ...

just replace all your newlines in your text file with a |
then copy, paste, create, and viola.. you have all your folders.



Rname-it and i think pretty much any renamer worth a download has been doing that for ages.

Then watch what your fucking quotes on what I post you useless punk.

the 20 programs you talk about have a little of everything or are part of another program. I wanna put it all in one.

the 001..002 is already in there

will put in that you can write it in a diffrent dir
