I have a heap of old pages listed on goggle and yahoo under micks pics and I,m starting to get some good traffic. what I need to know is how can I redirect them to a sponsor or change them to a full page add without getting kick off.

The harder I work the luckyer I get.

Take a handful and add some other links like to Micks----> and if its true SE it shoudn't knock you out of the SE. If those pages die off then its still tgp. SE's allow gradual change as a matter of self evolution anyhow. Give it a couple of weeks to test then nail those other pages.

None taken Warphead or Redshoe! I used to be slow on the chat bbs we were on because I used all the proper English (raised by a card carrying degreed English Major mother) while he whipped off line after line (two fingering while I am a trained typist)

I laffed at his slang and broken english. Then when I saw him do it on the keys I thought hey he's right if I can train myself to spell that way it IS quicker. He talks the same way too, but can mid sentance break into proper english if need be. He just hates to use all the BS when a grunt or nod will work in most cases. lol Then he can show all the certs and degrees he had earned, amazing!
