Reuters says Acacia provides online companies with a "service"
The Newport Beach, California company, which provides services to cable companies, hotel room TV services and other online services, said the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California issued a Markman Order, which establishes the meaning of patent claim terms in disputes.
http://biz.yahoo.com/rc/040713/tech_acacia_1.html What the fuck services does Acacia provide to online and other companies? They take your money - is that considered a "service" now? :1orglaugh |
I short Acacia for Breakfast

Yeah I saw that and found that amusing too.
Perhaps they blinded Reuters? When the court finds this patent invalid, is Reuters going to go back and change "which provides services to cable companies, hotel room TV services and other online services" to "Which bullied legitimate companies into paying for fake patents"? |
