Serious Request

Hi, many of you probably don?t know me, I am more of a lurker than a poster. I?ve been working/designing in Adult for about a year or so now. Most of my income comes from designing, but I am trying to change that. I want to make it large in this business and live comfortably instead of month to month. I have been working my ass off putting in over hundreds of hours recently to make maybe 5 ? 10 sales a month. I can?t convert a Krispy Kreme donut to a kid at fat camp and I have about as much traffic as a dirt road in Dog Bar North Dakota.

I am looking for someone to maybe give me some tips and guide me through this business so I can become a major player. I?m not looking for hand outs, but I am looking for advice and someone to show me the ropes, more of like a mentor. I am self motivated and very dedicated to my work and I want to earn it myself, but I feel as though I need a kick in the ass to get me moving in the right direction. I?m on the ridge of breaking in, but haven?t landed there yet. If you are interested in helping me I will do anything in my power to make it worth your while.

Anyways, that?s my story.

Tyler

from 5-10 sales monthly to a major player? What does it mean 'major player' for you?
And if you want someone to teach you how to become major player, he must be a mega-player, but it still woulnt make sense...

That's hilarious! :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

But seriously, I have found out that many players in the biz (much like any other biz out there) aren't too willing to hand out money-making advice. That's just more competition for them.
Maybe you should just slow down and try to build a small, but stable, income before you try to be a "major player"...
:2 cents:

Well I am bascially looking to increase my income anyway possible. When I say major player I more or less mean someone who can make a steady living off the industry. Thats what I want to have happen for myself.

Well I have small income but its mostly from design, I want to expand that.. And like I said above, I'm not really looking for handouts, but for advice and tips to help me get out of the rut.
