interesting quote
"We were used to such messages in the communist days. Everybody has open eyes and can understand that this is propaganda. It was a weak film that tells us nothing new."
-- VACLAV KLAUS, president of the Czech Republic, after watching the MICHAEL MOORE documentary "Fahrenheit 9/11." |

The comment I found most interesting about the film, paraphrased, went something like, the arguments are poorly constructed, those who agreed with his views will rejoice, but those who arent on the same page wont find themselves converted by the film.
If that's the case it is just purely propaganda, it doesnt construct an argument for debate and then present its case, its simply a one-sided attack which wont likely change the minds of people, just reinforce people's already existing opinions. |
Farhenheit = propaganda, Bush = propaganda...
The truth lies in aurea mediocritas :winkwink: |

This film was nothing but a disappointment - regardless of his argument - the thing was not even entertaining - it was a boring - self serving - piece of shit. I enjoyed his earlier work - but he completely shit the bed in his attempt to dismantle Bush.
