When do shares in Google become available to buy?

beergood 07-13-2004 06:32 AM

Well definitely but you probably won't want to hold on to it indefinitely with Microsoft coming out with new search and Yahoo hitting the grindstone

Microsoft putting the search in a browser is nothing new. As to Yahoo - what can I tell you - buying several obsolete technologies like Inktomi and Overture won't turn them to google-class SE.

I'm not buying

they have a more diversified business and lots of cash to improve their search technologies. google is already losing their advantage in the search technology field.
