If you found 2 One Hundred Dollar bills -- Would you Return it?
Well?
|
Uhm, to the treasury?
I don't know because I've never been in that situation, I'd like to say I'd post a found ad, but how? Seriously, the only way to find the owner of 2 lone bills would be to watch for someone who lost them to say something. If that didn't happen, well what more can you really do? |
Just two $100's laying on the street?
Uh..... return it to who? |
What if there's a LOST AND FOUND, would you take the money there?

if i didnt see the person dropping the money.. yes I would keep it, why give it to someone else :)
|
When I was little near Christmas I found a $100 in a parking lot and I went to run in the store to ask if anyone lost it and my dad made me not and keep it. It turned out he had dropped it so I would have money to buy Christmas presents. Good times. :)

A tougher question for many would be - "If you found a wallet with the person's ID and a couple grand in cash, would you return it intact?" On this question I can say without hesitation or uncertainty that the person would get their wallet back, with all the cash still in it. |

What if you didn't have any money and was hard up? Same outcome? |
Of course not. I'd go to Red Lobster and get those delicious fucking cheese biscuits. Then spend the rest on Krispey Kreme.

I would rather be poor and have a clear concience than have a lousy few grand and know that it's not mine. Lowly is the fucker who profits from the misfortunes of others. |
return it to who?If you bring it to some instance you have a big change they will keep it
|
well, if i know who dropped it or who the owner of it is...i will return it of course!
|

all monies found in the street belong to me, it fell out of my pocket and a huge gust of wind blew it everywhere.. please return it to me ASAP. The price of swishers were raised again and my case of blunts is almost empty.:thumbsup

Period. The end. As in... finito. No room for discussion. Drop wallet with any amount of bling in it >> I find wallet >>> you get wallet & bling back. Is this not clear enough? |
It is clear but it seems you are Buddha-like in your integrity and honesty. Perhaps you should have prophet like individuals extolling your virtues in every crowded intersection so the rest of fallen humanity may learn from your paradigmatic example?

There was a show with a hidden camera a couple of weeks ago and some reporters left a wallet full of money on a sidewalk, and they were filming the people who were taking it. :)
Must of them made the wallet their own, and only 10-15% tried to ask around about a missing wallet. So beware! You might be the next celebrity on "The Nation's Biggest Idiot!" |

I did find 10 pounds once - well kinda... I was standing behind this guy in mcdonalds and he reached in his back pocket to get some money and £10 dropped out - It didn't have time to hit the ground before it was in my pocket. He looked around and knew he had dropped it but I just gave him a blank stare.... The secutiry guard seen what happened but didn't say shit and just smiled. :1orglaugh |

By the way, is it American dollars or Canadian dollars?
I hear Canadians (not the dollars, I mean the people!) are more mannered than the Americans. Canadians everywhere, do prove me wrong. |
when i was younger i would have kept it
now days if i was to find it, i'd return it if possible |
