this one girl wants me to try a drug called "Halo" with her, what the hell is it?

This one girl I know sometimes decides to try new drugs, she purchased a couple pills of this thing called "Halo" and she wants me to take it with her. I told her I wasn't interested but can anything tell me about this drug? Is it dangerous?

She says it's a phsycadelic. I figure what better place than GFY to find about new drugs on the market. :1orglaugh

But seriously, anybody heerd of it? I just don't want her to hurt herself if I can help it.

Chris you find it via google within 10 minutes and I'll paypal you $25. Weren't you spamming GFY before to find some work? C'mon buddy here's a good opportunity for you.

I already tried google and all I got info when doing searches for it was either Xbox Halo or the actual definition of halo and it used in context. Nothing about a drug. Let's see you do better smart guy.

Nice try, but did you actually read what's in those results?

"Halo-P is used to treat nervous, mental, and emotional conditions such as hallucinations, delusions, and hostility and to control muscular tics of the face, neck, hands, and shoulders."

This is not what she has.

Try again.

haloperidol

(hal oh PER i doll)
Haldol

What is the most important information I should know about haloperidol?
? Call your doctor immediately if you experience uncontrollable movements of the mouth, tongue, cheeks, jaw, arms, or legs.
? Use caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. Haloperidol may cause dizziness or drowsiness. If you experience dizziness or drowsiness, avoid these activities.
? Dizziness may be more likely to occur when you rise from a sitting or lying position. Rise slowly to prevent dizziness and a possible fall.
? Use alcohol cautiously. Alcohol may increase drowsiness and dizziness while you are taking haloperidol.
? Avoid becoming overheated during haloperidol therapy. It is easier to become dangerously dehydrated while you are taking haloperidol. Use caution in hot weather and during exercise.

What is haloperidol?
? Haloperidol is an antipsychotic medication. It works by changing the actions of chemicals in your brain.
? Haloperidol is used to treat the symptoms of psychotic conditions, including hallucinations, delusions, and confusion. Haloperidol is also used to treat Tourette's disorder, as well as behavioral and hyperactive conditions in children.
? Haloperidol may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.

kush 07-12-2004 11:05 PM

I have no idea what it is, it's just a small dose of this white powder in a gel cap. It's definitely not that prescrition drug that comes up in google.

She says her friends have done it before (from this same batch that she got her pills from) and they had good experiences, so if she wants to do it then that's up to her. Doesn't sound like she'll be hurting herself, I just won't take part.

why are you so sure its not HaloP?

I willing to bet it is.

Nerve pills and pyschotic pills are very popular.

if she doesnt know what it is she is a fucking idiot for taking it.

I lost a family member to early K, he like your dumb friend didnt even know what it was, and bam he died on first dose.

its always friends who say "ive done it, never hurt me"

ive lost 4 people I knew very well to heroin and K, 4 overdoses.

tell your friend she wont always be lucky.

ive seen it first hand.

WicKed NinJas 07-12-2004 11:39 PM

well if your seeing shit and this stuff will stop it you could only assume that if you werent seeing shit this stuff would make you see things so there ay go.

CDSmith 07-12-2004 11:48 PM

Well, if it's not short for Haldol, then I thought Halo was a computer game. :glugglug

Haldol was used by hospitals as a sedative for years, until something better was found to replace it which didn't have it's lousy .adverse effects (there are a lot of them!).

angelsofporn 07-12-2004 11:52 PM

pills are for the brain dead

quantum-x 07-12-2004 11:57 PM
