I believe they supply the labor for manually intensive tasks such as adding your group link to the 30,000 or so Yahoo Groups in order to increase your membership and hence traffic etc

check my sites, I list groups and its good for traffic - Used to be OK for sales then Wegcash fucked me in the ass and said I could not promote them and Yahoo Groups. TWATS!

i just grabbed PHP x Links and modded it up....it was the best one I could find...seems to do the trick though
