There's no need to really. Corked bats are only to allow the batter to swing the bat quicker.

they should actually use some real haevy bats, shit they'd never swing in a live game. The batting practice pitches are grooved in at like 80mph so they can crush 'em.

Give 'em Babe Ruth replica bats - compared to what he would swing, they play with toothpicks.
